Your mission

As a Strategic Sales and Area Manager, you will be the key player in guiding our international sales team to success.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Create and deploy go-to-market strategies for multiple areas
  • Build and motivate specific sales teams for different markets
  • Foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships by truly understanding client needs
  • Ensure the team maintains accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities using HubSpot
  • Increase sales by developing and implementing effective sales processes
  • Coordinate and coach the sales team to reach their full potential
  • Develop tailored sales strategies across various regions
  • Prepare and develop action plans with the SEA (Sales Enablement and Acceleration) team
  • Actively contribute to defining and achieving annual KPIs

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a strategic leadership position
  • Ability to build, motivate, and support an international sales team
  • Ability to find synergies, develop, and implement cross-country sales strategies
  • Based in Belgium
